Malcolm Scott brings over 30 years of combined Real Estate experience to the negotiating table on behalf of his Real Estate clients and has closed over $60,000,000 in combined Real Estate sales. Malcolm has closed transactions in Montecito, Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, and all over the San Fernando Valley.

Malcolm’s initial Real Estate experience came through working with buyers as a mortgage professional. After only two years in the mortgage industry Malcolm became a producing Branch Manager at a mid-sized Mortgage Banking Company and his branch quickly became the top producing office in the company.

Malcolm’s focus, for the last decade, has been specifically on Residential Real Estate. His strengths are his varied and comprehensive Real Estate experiences, and his love of people. Malcolm establishes long-term relationships through his exemplary service, and stays connected and available through his transactions. Malcolm is a happy and compassionate soul, and brings his stress-free personality to the most challenging and complex negotiations.

Malcolm graduated college cum laude and has a variety of hobbies including; science, martial arts, music, skiing, writing, swimming and Italian. Malcolm grew up in Greenwich Connecticut and currently resides in the West Hills area of the San Fernando Valley. Malcolm is married with an 18 year old daughter and grown up son.
